It's time to take care of you.  Come along to one of our 1 hour Pregnancy Relaxation classes to take time to connect and unwind.

This is time to destress, listen to a reading or poem to enable you to connect with your baby, learn a breathing technique and enjoy a calming and relaxing guided meditation.

These sessions take place on the 1st Tuesday of the month and are held on a free or pay what you can basis.
